Expertly Trained, Professional Pool Service
Your Service Technician takes a rigorous 8-week “make or break” training course as soon as they are hired. After that, to keep skills sharp and to learn the best, most up-to-date information, your technician is tested weekly on many facets of professional pool service, including water chemistry and safety.
Because we pride ourselves on our expertise as a Rio Grande pool company, we require our techs to undergo rigorous training. In addition to the first 8-week course, and the weekly tests, we encourage our technicians to further their knowledge and specialize in particular types of equipment. When they do, they move up a tech level. You can always be assured that your technician has the knowledge, training, and expertise to take care of your pool.
Excellence in Service
Our technicians are looking forward to working with you on caring for your pool. We’ve also put together some quick, helpful tips on common maintenance questions about how to care for your pool in bad weather and how to prevent and treat stains. Leak Detection
It's normal for your pool to lose small amounts of water, thanks to normal pool use, environmental conditions, water temperature and even backwashing the filter. However, there are instances when water loss is problematic, which can cause severe damage if not repaired immediately.
