For more than seven decades, Hamlin Pools has helped generations of Rio Grande Valley families build, renovate, and care for their swimming pools. What began as a family business in 1952 has grown into one of South Texas’ most established pool companies, with more than 3,900 swimming pools built and a third generation of the Hamlin family carrying the business forward today.

Our Story Started in South Texas

Hamlin Pools began when our grandfather, Francis M. Hamlin, recognized a need for a knowledgeable, dependable swimming pool builder in South Texas.

Francis began his career in water treatment, traveling throughout the region from Mexico to Zapata and Corpus Christi. That experience eventually led him and his wife, Jacqueline, to establish Hamlin Pools in 1952.

They built the company around a straightforward philosophy: do quality work, treat people right, and stand behind what you build.

More than 70 years later, those principles still guide our company.

Today, the third generation of our family is actively involved in leading Hamlin Pools, with family members overseeing the major areas of our business:
